The Cosmos-2 rovide increased vertical travel making exposures from the knees to a standing skull possible. Additionly the Bucky angulates independently of its supportng column.

The unit can be moved and rotated smoothly with either ergonomically designed hand girps. The vertical and rotational movements are locked electromagnetically. The FFD (SID) movement is power driven for fas and secure positioning. The Cosmos-2 is totally counter balanced and has guide rails for smooth movement.

The Cosmos-2 is in constant alignment. The bucky is always centered. The permanent centering of the tube to the center of the Bucky guarantees a fast precise radiographic positioning.
