An acquisition station with a 20inch monitor is located in the x-ray suite behind a lead barrier. The acquistion station allows you to instantly view the acquired image for feedbak and verification. Once the image is accepted and the exam complete, the image is sent to a work-sation or PACS. Typically the workstation is where dagnostics are performed for consultation, image manipulations, electronic forwarding, etc.

The DCChoice enables x-ray exams to be completed in a fraction of the time required for conventional film systems with the convenience of being able to manipulate and forward the image electronically for consultation.
